I, Scott Parker, am a retired veteran of the US Army Special Forces who has been rehabbing houses as a side business for 20+ years and working as a sub-contractor for contractors since retirement. My wife, Caitlyn is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Architecture with a BA in Interior Design. She has over 20 years of experience in interior design specializing in kitchens and baths. We purchased and remodeled multiple distressed properties in NC until I retired after 23 years in service and we moved to Ormond Beach, Caitlyn’s hometown.

My home repair experience during the last 20+ years has included everything from minor home repairs to complete home additions. There are few home repairs or improvements that I have not tackled during that time, and along the way I have become proficient in a wide variety of home repair skills and techniques. I do not claim to be an expert at everything, and if something is beyond my capability I will inform you of that. Recently, my experience includes working for certified contractors, realtors, property managers, and home owners.

We started “Yes Dear, Home Improvement” in 2013 to provide exemplary home improvement and remodeling services at an affordable rate. I maintain high standards in everything I do and I always ensure that my work meets the homeowner’s expectations and standards. We strive to provide contractor quality at handyman pricing.
